Jan. 30, 2025 | 0:56
Airmen from the 117th Air Refueling Wing, Alabama Air National Guard, returned to Sumpter Smith Joint National Guard Base January 29th and 30th, 2025 after spending several months on the island of Guam, part of the United States Indo-Pacific Command's area of responsibility. Since October 2024 more than 200 citizen Airmen from the 117th spent time on the island to provide U.S. Pacific Command and Pacific Air Forces with Theater Security Packages, helping deter threats to regional security and stability.
